Why a custom-built computer instead of a retail box?
When you buy a computer off the shelf, you're buying a compromise. Manufacturers balance performance, cost and margin across the widest possible market. The result is a machine that does everything adequately and nothing particularly well. More importantly, it may not run your specific software reliably, or it may be severely overpowered for what your accounting staff actually needs โ meaning you're paying for components that sit idle.
A custom-built computer means every component is chosen with your use case in mind. The result is a more reliable machine, better suited to the software you run, with a longer effective lifespan โ and often at a better price-to-performance ratio than equivalent retail hardware.

The process from enquiry to delivery
We start by understanding what the computer needs to do โ which software you run, how many monitors, whether it connects to a server, what your budget is. From that we put together a component specification with a fixed price, which you approve before we order anything.
Once the components arrive we assemble, test and configure the machine. We run stress tests and software compatibility checks before delivery. When we bring the computer to your office, we connect it to your network, install your software and make sure everything works exactly as it should. You receive a ready-to-use computer โ not a box of parts to figure out.
Warranty and after-sale support
All components carry manufacturer warranties. We handle warranty claims on your behalf if a part fails within the warranty period. For businesses on a managed maintenance contract, your custom-built computers are included in regular monitoring and preventive checks.
