Who we are
NBG TEAM d.o.o. is an IT support and IT maintenance company for businesses, headquartered in Novi Beograd (New Belgrade). Since our founding in 2011, we have focused on one thing: reliable and professional IT support for companies that do not have their own IT department, or want to extend it.
Our team works exclusively with business clients — medical practices, law offices, accounting agencies, retail chains, distributors, NGOs, and similar small and medium-sized enterprises across Belgrade.
What we do
- IT Support for businesses – remote and on-site support, contracted monthly maintenance or on-demand
- Network infrastructure – design, installation and optimization of networks, cabling, routers, switches, Wi-Fi systems
- Custom Build computers – assembly and configuration of business computers tailored to client needs and budget
- Servers and NAS storage – setup, configuration and maintenance of file servers and NAS devices for secure data storage
- Printers and peripherals – installation, configuration and integration in a business environment
- Software solutions – installation and configuration of business software, Microsoft 365, licensing
- Equipment advisory and procurement – we help clients choose the right equipment for their actual needs and budget
What we don't do
- We do not provide IT services to private individuals — we work exclusively with registered businesses
- We do not do web design or graphic design
- We do not sell equipment retail — we procure equipment exclusively for our business clients as part of a project
- We do not offer cloud hosting services
