Employee IT offboarding and access removal
An employee leaving requires more than changing one password. With approval from your responsible contact, we review business accounts, remove agreed access and prepare data and equipment handover with a record of completed steps.

Authorisation and timing before changes
Your business decides when access ends, who receives business data and what must be retained. NBG TEAM carries out the approved technical steps. We do not independently decide who receives email or what should be deleted. Timing is particularly important when several unrelated services are involved.
The service is for businesses in Belgrade and New Belgrade that need an orderly IT offboarding process. A compromised account or active security incident requires an appropriate response first, because the order and priorities may differ.
What the access review covers
- Business email, Microsoft 365 and other identities on the agreed inventory.
- VPN, local servers, shared folders and business applications.
- Administrative privileges, group membership and external services.
- Company equipment, access keys and authentication devices.
- Ownership of documents, shared resources and automated processes.
Changing one password does not necessarily end every active session or disable accounts at other providers. We check the available controls for each system and record where its administrator needs to participate.
Blocking access while preserving business data
Actions at the agreed time
We follow the approved list: sign-in blocking, available session revocation, group changes and shared-access review. The exact steps depend on service and device capabilities.
Handover before deletion
Before removing an account or licence, we establish email and document retention needs. Ownership transfer, successor access, forwarding or a shared mailbox are considered according to platform capabilities, licensing and your business’s decision.
What the handover record contains
The record lists systems covered, completed actions, exceptions and the people responsible for remaining steps. Equipment status and access controlled by other providers are recorded. Confirmation applies to checked systems, not unknown personal accounts or services missing from the inventory.
Blocking a cloud account does not automatically erase previously downloaded offline copies from every device. Returned equipment, data erasure and archiving need separate agreement. For future arrivals, account preparation and equipment records make later offboarding more manageable.
Defining the scope
System count, administrator availability, handover data volume and equipment condition determine the work. An initial enquiry should list systems and timing without passwords. After review, we propose the sequence, responsibilities and cost. Recurring employee changes can be included in an agreed maintenance arrangement.
